I had a remarkable experience at this hotel, with exceptional service that made my stay truly enjoyable. The Tirol cuisine at the restaurant was delicious, and I found the rooms to be immaculately clean. The Stubai Super Card was a fantastic addition, granting us access to various activities, while the views of the mountains were breathtaking. However, I did encounter a bit of a hiccup during the check-in process, and that's why I rated the service slightly lower.
